These were some of my job responsibilities:

Research: Preparing research methodologies and questions. Coordinating and conducting in-person and online focus groups and user-testing sessions. Gathering feedback and analyzing it’s implications on project design. Aiding the Sr. Instructional Designer with research towards compiling and compiling the Needs Assessment document.

Script: Brainstorming script ideas. Review and feedback of written scripts.

Production: Auditioning, recording and editing voice talent.

Quality Assurance Management: Coordinating the QA process and user-testing cycles. Tracking and managing bug fixes in software and Learning Management System. (LMS)

Resource Management: Tracking resources (people) in relation to project deadlines. Holding weekly meetings to ensure that deadlines are met.
