I consult with the sales team to build employee training e-learning modules for a family of companies that manage retirement homes. I use Adobe Captivate to build the modules. Additionally, I write the storyboards, record and edit voice over.

Instructional Systems Designer @ MTS Technologies

I collaborate with the Training Solutions Team to design web based and instructor-lead training. I work with the client to analyze and document requirements for courses and create instructional plans. Additionally, I work with SMEs to research, write course content, and create storyboards.

Previous Project: United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) Non-Resident Course.
Current Project: MQ-1C Gray Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Doctrine Tactics and Training.

Learning Consultant @ InteractABLE

This is a venture by Columbia Business School’s Columbia Business Lab to develop an iPad application that will help children with Asperger’s Syndrome learn social skills.  I designed test questions for user-testing sessions, conducted user-testing sessions, and conducted research towards Needs Analysis documentation that translated learning needs to concrete design goals. I also consulted to the design team on the UX design and learning efficacy.


Lesson Plan Developer @ Think Now Education

Wrote lesson plans and curriculum for a Gamestar Mechanic-based after-school program.


 Jr. Instructional Designer @ Kognito Interactive

Worked on multiple role-playing narrative-based simulation games including Emergency Department: At Risk, Family of Heroes and At Risk: For University and College Faculty. Duties included:

Research: Preparing research methodologies and questions. Coordinating and conducting in-person and online focus groups and user-testing sessions. Gathering feedback. Analyzing data and its implications on project design.

Script: Contributing script ideas. Review and feedback of written scripts.

Production: Auditioning, recording and editing voice talent.

Quality Assurance Management: Coordinating Q.A. process and testing cycles. Tracking and managing bug fixes in software and Learning Management System (LMS). Assessing effectiveness of training programs to end-users. LMS management.

Resource Management: Tracking resources (people) in relation to project deadlines. Creating and maintaining schedules, holding staff meetings. Ensuring deadlines are met.
